Welcome to the second of Lucarelli's monthly menus of regional specialities. During the month of May we will be offering dishes from the birthplace of the Italian renaissance, Tuscany. Famous for its great art and literature, their culinary history can be held with the same high regard. The world's most famous wine, Chianti, is produced in this region, as well as some of the best beef and pork.
